Curriculum Vitae   Joerg Ingo Fraske was born in Berlin, Germany in 1955 and emigrated to the U.S. in 1958. He graduated with distinction from Massachusetts College of Art in 1993.  He lives, works, exhibits, and sells in the Northeast USA and well beyond.
